Chagrin Valley Soap Company

Chocolate & Almond -This is the only "foody" scent that CV carries. I can smell bitter almonds, can't smell the chocolate. Feels luxurious, lathers well and leaves skin soft.

  • Honey & Carrot -Moisturizing and great for facial use. Has a slight nutty smell. Will repurchase.

  • Olive & Shea - I love this for my face! Non-drying, GENTLE and moisturizing. Leaves my skin "shiny" but not dry. Tight, white and foamy lather. Repurchase! Light clean herbal scent.

  • Chamomile & Calendula - One of my favorites from CV. Very soothing for dry, irritated skin. This relieved my itching due to allergies to prawns(didn't stop me from eating more, though! LOL). Slight citrus/herbal scent.

  • Goatmilk Oatmeal & Honey - A good everyday soap. Gentle with little scrubby oatmeal bits. Smells like earthy oats. Creamy but not as moisturizing as some of the other CV soaps, surprisingly.

  • Honey Butter - Another favorite! Moisturizing with a luxurious, creamy lather! I like to take this when I travel since I use it to shampoo as well. Very nutty scent.

  • Honey Beer - Awesome lather! Feels really decadent! Leaves my skin really soft but you do need to follow up with a moisturizer. Sweet, herbal scent...don't worry, it doesn't smell like beer =) Favorite!

  • EXTRA Honey Beer & Egg Shampoo Bar - My first attempt at shampoo bars. I had 4 days of "funky hair"--my hair was super shiny to the point of looking greasy but it was dry to the touch..weird, I know. I guess it was my hair detoxing and expelling all the silicones. On the 5th day though, oh my--my hair was super FULL-BODIED and healthy looking! It's been 3 weeks now since I've started using and I have to say, my elbow-lenght hair has stopped falling(due to my hair being so heavy) and I haven't needed to use conditioner at all!!! I love shampoo bars! Sweet herbal scent.
